IT project manager (m/f/d)
Location: Hambühren near Celle
Your mission
- Responsibility for the successful planning and implementation of IT projects in close coordination with management, IT leadership, and operations management
- Support of IT management as a deputy leader in personnel and organizational matters
- Integration of modern technologies such as AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 to increase the efficiency of existing processes
- Support for the implementation of a new ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) while considering existing process landscapes
- Application of your solid ERP knowledge in daily operations
- Systematic use of a company-wide intranet and a central ticketing system for IT and HR processes
- Strategic development of the IT team and promotion of cross-departmental collaboration
- Design and implementation of training measures to enhance IT user competence
- Future-proof design of the IT infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and modernity
- Assumption of IT department leadership with responsibility for strategic direction and further development
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as an IT project manager with budget and personnel responsibility
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and their use to improve business processes
- Experience in the implementation of ERP systems, ideally in companies in the plant engineering sector
- Comprehensive knowledge in IT security, cloud solutions, and modern server infrastructure
- Experience with ITIL, agile project management methods, and modern ERP systems
- Strong service orientation and ability to consistently approach IT solutions from a user perspective
- Passion for digitalisation and the desire to actively shape the company’s future
