Our costumer operates on several levels. The requirement was clear: reliable, high-performance conveyor technology that connects different floors and takes up as little space as possible.
The system had to be flexibly expandable, quiet in operation and require as little maintenance as possible – because every minute counts in ongoing logistics operations.
Less space, more efficiency
To ensure optimum material flow in the warehouse, NERAK has teamed up with their costumer to implement a sophisticated system solution: several S-conveyors handle the continuous transport of goods across two levels. Thanks to their compact, vertical design, they can also be used efficiently in confined spaces.
The S-conveyors excel in continuous operation thanks to their smooth running, high conveying capacity and extreme durability – ideal for continuous operation in logistics. High conveying capacities of up to approx. 2,800 pieces/hour are possible, depending on the product properties.
The system is supplemented by a NERAK console lift, which handles the vertical transport of individual goods between several levels. The console lift is designed for individual loads of up to 200 kg and operates with a smooth, frequency-controlled drive.
Its lifting platform is guided by robust rubber block chains, ensuring smooth, safe movement between floors – even at high cycle rates. The compact design allows installation even where space is at a premium, and the modular system means that the console lift can be expanded or adapted to changing requirements at any time.
